Chuck Branda of Pro-Fitness SCV has a WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE underway that will run through Feb. 12 and lots of local residents have joined in!

On Saturday Chuck led some of the weight loss participants up East Canyon for an early morning hike and Carol Smith was among the group.

“It was great!” Carol said. “I love to get out in the local mountains and get some exercise and what better way to do it than with Chuck’s group? We hiked up a long way and were rewarded with some amazing views of the area. Exercise is a lot more fun when you’re out with others and hiking the local mountains.”
